Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Support your body’s natural ability to recover, restore, and function at its best.
Give Your Body More of What It Needs to Heal: Oxygen
Support your body’s natural ability to recover, restore, and function at its best. Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) is a non-invasive wellness therapy that allows you to breathe oxygen in an environment with increased atmospheric pressure. This helps increase the amount of oxygen available to your body and tissues. Oxygen plays a critical role in cellular energy, circulation, tissue repair, brain function, and recovery. By supporting oxygen availability, mHBOT may help your body’s natural healing and recovery processes. What Is Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy? During a mild hyperbaric oxygen session, you relax inside a pressurized chamber while breathing oxygen-rich air. The increased pressure allows oxygen to dissolve more readily into the blood plasma. This can help oxygen reach areas of the body where circulation may be limited or where tissues have increased oxygen demands.
Potential Benefits of mHBOT
Enhacned Healing & Recovery

  • Angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels
Neurological Support
Research into hyperbaric oxygen therapy is exploring its potential role in supporting brain health, circulation, and neuroplasticity.mHBOT may support individuals experiencing:

How Does mHBOT Work?

The therapy combines oxygen + pressure.During a session:1. Enter the chamberYou comfortably sit or lie inside the mild hyperbaric chamber.2. Pressure increasesThe chamber gradually increases atmospheric pressure.3. Breathe oxygen-rich airYou breathe oxygen while inside the pressurized environment.4. Oxygen becomes more availableThe increased pressure allows oxygen to dissolve more readily into your blood plasma.5. Your body puts that oxygen to workOxygen supports cellular energy production and many of the body's natural repair and recovery processes.

What Can I Expect During a Session?

mHBOT is designed to be a relaxing experience. You can typically sit back, relax, listen to music, read, or simply take some quiet time for yourself during your session. You may notice pressure changes in your ears as the chamber pressurizes and depressurizes, similar to the feeling you experience when flying. Your provider will guide you through the process and monitor you throughout your session.
